The law firm, which has operated out of Stratford for the past 15 years, will relocate to its new, 3,955-square-foot headquarters this spring.

“Coyne, Von Kuhn, Brady and Fries’ relocation to Shelton is just another testament to the strength and continued growth of this area’s office market,” said Michael Dillon, director of leasing management at Cushman and Wakefield. “We believe the firm will thrive in their new home, and we look forward to leasing the remaining available space at 2 and 4 Armstrong Road.”

Coyne, von Kuhn, Brady and Fries LLC is a civil litigation practice. The firm practices in all areas of civil litigation in both state and federal courts throughout Connecticut. The members of the firm have had extensive trial experience in both the state and federal courts.

The buildings, which are in Armstrong Corporate Park, are undergoing a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program.

“We are really excited about the repositioning of 2 and 4 Armstrong Road,” said Rob Ades, a principal at Rugby Realty. “Since our entrance into the Shelton market in 2005, we have always believed Armstrong Corporate Park had a lot of untapped potential. By the end of the second quarter of 2016, the renovations will be complete, and we will be well on our way to another successful project in this market.”

2 Armstrong Road is a three-story office building totaling 93,000 square feet, and 4 Armstrong Road is a four-story office building totaling 60,000 square feet. The buildings are close to Route 8, Interstate 95 and the Merritt Parkway. Major retailers, banks, restaurants and fast-food service is within walking distance or a short drive.
