SHELTON, Conn. -- The Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold a "Coffee Chat: An Informal Introduction to Your Chamber of Commerce" event in Shelton on Friday, Feb. 5.
It will be from 8:30-9:45 a.m. at the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce.
For those considering membership, new members and those ready to re-energize their existing membership, this program will give information and connections that participants can use for their business. Participants will get to do the following:
- Create an endless stream of prospects.
- Network more effectively.
- Leverage partnerships.
- Maximize their chamber membership.
Participants will meet other Chamber members and Chamber staff, and get valuable details about the services, benefits, resources and opportunities that are available to them as a member. In addition, the Chamber president will offer a summary of current economic development activity in the Valley.
In case of inclement weather, if Shelton schools are closed, the program will be postponed; if Shelton Schools are delayed, the meeting will run as scheduled. Please take into consideration the travel conditions in the area.
The Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce represents the All-America City business community of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Oxford, Seymour, Shelton and the surrounding area.
