The Scoop: All of the ice cream made at Timothy's is done in small batches with high-quality ingredients and a 16 percent butterfat content. A lot of love and care goes into the product, which is churned slowly and has a fast turnaround time from when it's made to when it's served.
Expect about 12 flavors with French vanilla, Dutch chocolate coffee, Black Rock (French vanilla with chocolate covered almonds) and Oreo cookie among the top sellers.
To be noted; Timothy's was a 2015 DVlicious "Best Ice Cream" winner.
