Troopers are seeking the whereabouts of Zachary Foster, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for first-degree escape after leaving a halfway house in Waterbury in September, police said. Foster is a 22-year-old black male, approximately 5 feet 5 inches, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Troopers are also continuing to search for James Shea, who is wanted on several outstanding warrants including larceny, failure to appear, and escape after leaving a halfway house in Waterbury in April.
