A criminal complaint charges Jorge Morales, 29, of Shelton, in an April 15 incident in which a 21-year-old Bridgeport woman was found unresponsive in her apartment, the CT Post reports. She later died, and police recovered heroin at her apartment that they connected to the Shelton man, the CT post says.
