Shelton School Board Retains Leadership, Prepares For New Superintendent

SHELTON, Conn. -- The Shelton School Board decided to stick with the status quo as it held its annual elections for new officers on Nov. 18, according to the ctpost.com.

The officers remained the same, with Mark Holden as board chairman, Tom Minotti as vice chairman and Arlene Liscinsky as secretary, reported the ctpost.com.

In January, Christopher Couet will take over as the district's new superintendent, replacing Freeman Burr, who announced last spring he would retire at the end of the year, added the ctpost.com.
