American Legion Baseball has been an institution for more than 90 years, based on the traditional values of sportsmanship, good health and active citizenship.
Play starts in early June and continues through July with a 25-game schedule. Selected juniors and sophomores will be invited to the Rawlings Showcase in July, which is attended by 50-plus college scouts.
Current high school sophomores, juniors and seniors, as well as 19-year-olds returning from their freshman year in college are eligible.
The American Legion Baseball program is a promoter of equality, making teammates out of young athletes regardless of their income levels or social standings. American Legion Baseball has been, and continues to be, a stepping stone to manhood for millions of young men who have gone on to serve their country or community, raise families or play the sport at the highest level.
