SHELTON, Conn. — Shelton police on Wednesday arrested an Ansonia man in connection with two burglaries in the fall of 2017.
Andre Genest, 28, was arrested in Derby Superior Court, where he was appearing on an unrelated matter, police said.
The Shelton burglaries occurred in August and September. Shelton officers quickly developed Genest as a suspect and were able to link him to the burglaries, police said.
Genest, who is in the custody of the Department of Corrections, was charged with burglary and larceny charges and placed on a total of $15,000.00 bond, police said.
