Boys & Girls Club's Spring Carnival Underway In Shelton SHELTON, Conn. – The Boys & Girls Club of Lower Naugatuck Valley is holding its Spring Carnival through May 21. The carnival will be held at its usual location in downtown Shelton on the "Slab".  Carnival hours are 6-11 p.m. on weeknights, and from 1-11 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
